Gloria M. Martinez

65m went home to our Heavenly Father on February 24,2012. Born in Mesa, AZ, August 1946. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, cousin, aunt and friend. She is survived by her Companion David Martinez, her 5 children; Vicky, Sonia, Jessica, Cesar and Gerardo along with 12 grandchildren she adored dearly. She was the 1st of 10 children also leaving behind 3 sisters, 6 brothers and many family and friends. She was truly an angel beautiful inside and out, loved her family unconditionally and was a friend to all, with a gift of lighting a room with her smile. Words cannot express all that she was nor describe the tremendous loss. Though we are filled with peace knowing she is in the arms of the Lord. She touched many hearts leaving many with treasured memories. A Celebration of her life will begin with a viewing on February 29, 2012 at Whitney & Murphy Funeral HOme, located at 4800 E. Indian School Road. Phx., AZ from 9am-11am, Prayer Service 11am-noon, Interment to follow at St. Francis Cemetery in Phx., AZ. Reception from 1:30-4:30pm, at Whitney & Murphy.
