Jenny Ayala Mavis

Jenny Ayala Mavis, 70 years old of Phoenix, AZ, peacefully passed away on March 14, 2023.  She was born on September 29, 1952 in Mesa, AZ to her parents Augustine Ayala and Trinidad Romero. A native to Arizona, she attended South Mountain High School and lived out her whole entire life  here. She worked as a Sr. Document Control Coordinator at Medtronic for over 25 years, along with being a mother to her four children.

Jenny is survived by her daughter Valarie Mavis Al-Badri (Latif); son Ruben E. Mavis Jr. (Candi) and their children Aryon, Tyler, Bailey, Nadia, and Rachel; son Richard G. Mavis and his kids Melinda, Isidro, Kimberly, Victoria, Gabriel, and Cynida; daughter Felicia Cota (Alex) and her kids Avriala, Alejandro, and Isabel Sophia, along with 10 great grandchildren, and many other family members and friends who knew and loved her. She will be dearly missed!
