Mary Helen McCullough (Rosas), 75, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away peacefully on May 11, 2017. Mary is survived by her husband of 53 years, John, sons Joe and Jeff (Jenna), daughter Lynda Witte (Scott) and grandchildren: Jared Witte, Sydney Witte and Madison McCullough. Visitation will be at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85018 from 5pm-8pm on Sunday, May 21, 2017 with Scripture Service at 7pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, May 22, 2017 at 10:30am at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 1954 N. 24th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85008 followed by Interment at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery.
