Millett, Anna Dean, 96 of Phoenix passed away on September 20, 2019. A Committal Service will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, September 28, 2019 at Mesa City Cemetery, 1212 N Center Street, Mesa, Arizona 85201. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, October 14, 2019 at Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Arcadia Ward, 4225 N 56th Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85018.
