36, of Phoenix, AZ passed away on September 30th, 2013 with family near his side. Jorge was born in Seaside, OR on March 14th, 1977. He leaves behind his wife Stephanie, daughter Annali and sons Gabriel, Dominic and Jorge Jr. Jorge will be most remembered for his sense of humor and kindness.
Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 5th, 2013 at 11am at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix, 85018.
