
Kent Anthony Murar Jr., age 49, passed away in the early hours of October 30th, 2021, He was born June 15, 1972, in Flint, Michigan to Kent Edward Murar and Linda Lucille Lundy.
His life was a living example of Ephesians 4:32 — “And be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving one another, just as God also forgave you in Christ.”
He is survived by wife and partner Claudia Chambers Murar, son Joshua, daughters Mackenzie and Kennedy, Brothers Jason Murar (twin), Chad Lundy, and sisters Dawn Hessell and Kim Bentley.
His life will be celebrated on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at Lincoln Heights Christian Church, 2121 E Lincoln Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85020, with a viewing on Friday, November 5t, 2021 from 5:00 p.m.to 7:00 p.m. at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85018.
The family requested that donations be made to The American Heart Association or his favorite charity Teen Challenge in lieu of sending flowers. Wow……your husband will be greatly missed. I remember sitting in his office at Toyota in Austin not long ago and him having the kids around and his face lighting up. He loved life, his family, and that little French bulldog. Prayers to you and your family.
