92, of Phoenix, died September 13, 2012. Born in Czechoslovakia, he moved to New York in the 50’s. John is survived by his wife Anna, sons, Thomas and Anton, 2 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. John loved gardening, was very devoted to his occupation as a fabricator designer, and was a wonderful provider to his family. Services will be held on Wednesday, September 19th, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 4715 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix. Visitation will be at 9:00 A.M., with Rosary at 9:30 A.M., and Funeral Mass at 10:00 A.M. Interment will follow at Holy Redeemer Catholic Cemetery.
