Anne Lloyd Wright-Levi

July 15, 1958 — December 26, 2025

Phoenix

In every iris that blooms, we will remember you.

Anne Lloyd Wright Levi, 67, beloved wife, mother, Gigi, and friend passed away peacefully on December 26, 2025. She was born on July 15, 1958, in Kingsville, Texas, and later made her home in Phoenix, Arizona, where she built a life rooted in love and family.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Tom; her children, Sarah, Michael (daughter-in-law Kristen), and Tayler (son-in-law Alex); her cherished grandchildren, Addi, Harper, Kolton, and Makenna, who were the light of her life, and her sister Kimberly (brother-in-law Mark). She was preceded in death by her parents, David Lloyd Wright and Mae Irene Gross, and her father- and mother-in-law, Walter and Lila.

Anne was the great-granddaughter of architect Frank Lloyd Wright and carried his legacy through her love of nature and landscape design, finding peace and joy in nurturing growing things. Her gardens reflected her spirit—patient, attentive, and full of life.

Through Wright in the Garden, the business she created with her son, Anne shared her passion for plants while cultivating a welcoming community rooted in plant knowledge and a shared love for all things that grow.

For many years, Anne’s greatest calling was teaching young children. She inspired curiosity and imagination, and guided little ones as they took their first steps as learners and dreamers, leaving a lasting mark on the families she touched.

She was a cancer warrior. For nearly four years, she faced cancer with remarkable strength, grace, and quiet determination, tending to life around her even as she bravely fought her own battle. Her presence brought comfort, her laughter brought joy, and her love will continue to bloom in the hearts of all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to honor Anne’s life by planting an eco-friendly tree, a living tribute to her lifelong love of nature.
