Carmen E. Salinas, 63, went home to be with our Lord on Wednesday, February 28th, 2024, surrounded by her family. Carmen was born in Phoenix, Arizona on March 13th, 1960 to Julio and Carmelita Lucero. She was raised in Phoenix where she married Ralph Salinas. She was a mom, wife, and homemaker.

She is survived by her loving husband Ralph of 34 years, her son Joseph (fiancée Sandra), her daughter Evette (husband JJ), 2 grandchildren Jonathan & Serina, her sister Juliana Lucero, including nieces and nephews.

Services will be from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road in Phoenix.
