Deborah Lynn Cusimano

Deborah Lynn Cusimano, age 64, beloved wife, mother, nana, sister and friend will be forever in our hearts.

Debbie was born on September 21, 1958 in England and lived in Spain, Oklahoma and Arizona. She passed away peacefully on April 28, 2023 after a 4+ years battling cervical cancer. She was a true warrior and angel.

She married the love of her life, Michael Cusimano in 1982 who preceded her in death on September 24, 1999 and raised two daughters, Rochelle and Nicole in Phoenix, Arizona.

Debbie was known for her compassion in helping others, her kindness, empathy and generosity to anyone she’d meet, her love of dogs, playing Bingo, spending time with family in Florida and Maine, and vacationing with her sista in San Francisco, Las Vegas and Laughlin. She treasured her daughters and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her role as Manana to Matthew, Nathan and Sara.

Debbie was loyal and worked as Inside Sales with the same company through various acquisitions for nearly 40 years. She was well known in her industry and made a lasting impression to all who knew her. JBS Associates and West Electronics was like family and she had special bonds and friendships with all her reps.

She is survived by her daughters Rochelle (Steve) Hinds, Nicole (Jeremy) Cusimano-Baxter, two grandsons, Matthew and Nathan Hinds, granddaughter, Sara Baxter, sisters, brothers, sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws, plus many nieces and nephews. All of these she loved and touched deeply.

A visitation will be held at 10:30am on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 East Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85018 with the funeral service beginning at 11:30am. The burial will follow at Saint Francis Catholic Cemetery. Reception details will be provided at the service.
