Denise De La Cruz, born December 30, 1968, joined her son Michael in Heaven, January 25, 2021.
She was a loving mother, nana, sister, wife and friend.
She is survived by her children LeeAnn & Danielle, Nika, Ana, Ronnie, Jeremy, Teresa and her adored grandchildren, Hector, ShirleyAnn, NadiaLee, Michael Jr., NiseyAnn, Malinda-Ann, IssaBella, Joshua, Arabella, DeniseAmylee, Aviana, Damian in Heaven, and her husband Rudy.

A visitation will be held Saturday, February 6, 2021 from 2:00 – 4:00 P.M. with funeral service at 2:00 P.M. at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 East Indian School Road, Phoenix.
