Edoline Jane Greene

Edoline Jane Greene passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, at the home of her daughter on Monday, June 10, 2024. She was born October 12, 1934. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Madoline Martin, sister Madoline Stack, and daughter-in-law Maxine Greene.  She is survived by her three children Andrew Greene, David Greene and Teresa Pavelonis (Joel Pavelonis). She is also survived by her grandchildren Marci, Hunter, Madeline, Anna (Tanner), Audrey (Austin) and Elle (Brendan)……Great grandchildren Anessa, Oliver and Rhodes.

Edoline was best known for her devotion to family and having a witty personality. She always knew her friends by “whoever laughs at my jokes”. Though her personality was laughable and fun, she was a very deep, spiritual woman. Her love for the Word crossed over in her love for the French language, always reciting the Bible in French.

In addition, Edoline "Eddie" had a great love for ALL music, poetry and writing songs, Camelback Mountain, swimming and “the beach!”

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 20, from 9-10 at Clines-Keithley Mortuary, 1919 E. 22nd, Hayes, KS 67601. Graveside Service will immediately follow at St. Fidelis Cemetery, Victoria, KS.
