Eugenia "Gina" C. Cohn

Eugenia “Gina” Cohn, at the age of 67, peacefully passed away the morning of December 27, 2025.

Gina was born on February 11, 1958 to Alexandria and Constantine Costalas in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After graduating from high school, Gina and Jerry met and started their romance in 1977. The two of them would then spend nearly 50 years together, building a life they loved. Gina went on to graduate with a marketing degree from Drexel University. After graduating college, Gina and Jerry moved out to Phoenix, Arizona where they opened a successful podiatry practice. Gina spent her years working as the office manager, side by side with Jerry. Gina and Jerry went on to have 2 children, Christina and Jonathan; Gina also had a beautiful granddaughter, Gianna.

Gina was a vibrant, outgoing and kind individual whose personality and spark was undeniable. Gina enjoyed traveling and vacationing with her family, laying on the beach or by the pool to get a tan, spending time up at the cabin feeding the animals, karaoke, dancing, and enjoyed her Dairy Queen or Cold Stone with Jerry.

More than anything; Gina loved her family. Gina was predeceased by her mother, Alexandria and father, Constantine. She is survived by her beloved husband Jerry; her daughter Christina and son Jonathan; her brother John; her son-in-law Alexander as well as future daughter-in-law Kelly; and lastly her granddaughter Gianna.

A viewing and short service will be held at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 East Indian School Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85018 on Saturday, January 3rd at 10:30am. Burial will follow at Paradise Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 9300 East Shea Boulevard, Scottsdale, AZ 85260.
