Jaime Baldivia Martinez was born on June 1, 1975, in Iguala, Guerrero, Mexico, and peacefully passed away on June 3, 2026.
At the age of four, Jaime immigrated to the United States, where he would build a life centered around family, hard work, and dedication. In the sixth grade, he met the love of his life, Ramona at Garfield Elementary School. Their lifelong journey together began at a young age and blossomed into a beautiful marriage in 1994.
Before their marriage, Jaime and Ramona welcomed their first son, Jaime Martinez Jr., on January 5, 1992. Their family continued to grow with the birth of their second son, Joseph Angel Martinez, on June 5, 1996, followed by their youngest son, Juan Carlos Martinez, on August 2, 2000.
At just 17 years old, Jaime began working for Johnson's Worldwide Moving and Storage. Through years of dedication and perseverance, the company later became Data Storage Centers, where Jaime spent 35 years building a remarkable career. His hard work and leadership eventually led him to become both manager and owner of the business.
Jaime was a devoted husband, loving father, and proud grandfather. He worked tirelessly to provide for his family and always put their needs before his own. Known for his kindness, generosity, and willingness to help others, Jaime touched countless lives through his compassion and strength of character. Jaime was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Ray Lopez, and his beloved adoptive parents, Henry and Phyllis Johnson.
He leaves behind a legacy of hard work, integrity, dedication, and joy. The values he lived by will continue to inspire the many people whose lives he touched.
Jaime is survived by his beloved wife, Ramona Martinez; his three sons, Jaime Jr., Joseph, and Juan; and his six cherished grandchildren: Jaime- Antonio, Xoie, Travis, Adelin, Brooks, and Payson.
Though he will be deeply missed, his memory will live on forever in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him.
