John Christopher Daconta

John Christopher Daconta, age 51, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on April 3, 2026. He was born on May 16, 1974, in Baldwin, New York.

He was raised in Baldwin, New York, and later moved to Arizona, where he spent much of his life. He earned his GED and worked as an HVAC technician, truck driver, and was also self-employed. John had a big heart and enjoyed tinkering, reselling items, and being his own boss.

He is survived by his mother, Josephine Worner; his father, Joseph Daconta, and his father’s wife, Theresa; his siblings, Frank, Michael, Kristine, Joseph, Lori, and Christian; and his son, Parker.

Services will be held on Sunday, April 12, at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Rd, Phoenix, Arizona 85018. Visitation will take place from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., followed by a service from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
