Keith Allen Lambeth

March 22, 1962 — July 19, 2025

Tempe

Keith Lambeth peacefully passed away at his home on Saturday, July 19th in Scottsdale, Arizona. Keith was a gentleman, a tried-and-true friend, a fisherman, but most of all, he was a family man. He loved his wife of 38 years, his two children, his grandchildren, his parents, his siblings, and his large extended family.

Keith had a calm, steady presence that welcomed everyone and made those around him feel at ease. With a glass of red wine in hand, a smile on his face, and an empty seat waiting to be filled next to him; he knew no stranger. People were drawn to Keith's magnetic presence and stayed for his captivating stories.

Born to Jim and Lily Lambeth in 1962 in Casa Grande, he was a proud 3rd generation Arizona native. The family moved to Tempe where he attended McClintock HS, and played football and baseball. Keith graduated in 1980 and attended Arizona State University as an Agricultural Business Major. He loved being a Sun Devil and was a lifelong supporter of ASU sports.

At Arizona State, Keith met the love of his life, Amy McDowall. Keith was immediately smitten and pursued Amy across states and continents. They were married in 1987 in Northern California. They lived in Chandler, AZ before moving to Scottsdale in 1990 into the house that they still live in.

Keith built a highly successful career as a commercial real estate broker, known for his keen business acumen and dedication to his clients. He excelled at the firms Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, and CBRE, with many accolades and awards including Top 10 Producer for over 20 years and Tenant Representative Broker of the Year. Keith was known as an exceptional broker, but also a mentor and team leader.

Keith shared a loving marriage with his wife, Amy. Together, they built a beautiful family, blessed with two children, Ryan and Brooke. He was proud of his son-in-law Jesse Rome and loved his grandchildren Mason & Wesley. Just like his late father Jim and late father-in-law Will, Keith anchored the extended Lambeth & McDowall families through his generous hospitality – hosting Christmas celebrations, planning Montana adventures, gathering everyone for dinners and movie nights, creating their home away from home in the mountains of Pinetop, and making their Del Mar summers unforgettable.

Outside of his professional life, Keith had a deep love for fly fishing, wine, travel, and steak nights punctuated by The Patio of Knowledge. These passions provided him with immense joy and a way to connect with the people around him. He will be missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held at The Scott Resort (4925 N Scottsdale Rd) on Wednesday, August 6th from 12-3pm. Please consider a donation in Keith’s memory to the Arizona Humane Society, Season for Sharing, or American Heart Association.
