Keith Dennis Williams passed away on July 2, 2026, at 77 years old. He had been dealing with health complications over the past couple of years. Even in his toughest moments he was still good at putting a smile on everyone’s face. We are full of sorrow with his passing, but at least he is no longer in any pain.
Keith was born on June 11, 1949 in Omaha, Nebraska. He was the second brother of three and the second child of Joseph Vernon Williams and Vera Maxine Williams. Keith attended South High School in Omaha, NE. He then went on to join the army and serve in Vietnam. For his achievements there he received a bronze star medal.
After the army he would spend his time fixing up cars with his brother Evan. He owned many cool hot rods in his early adult life. This passion of his later landed him a career as a car salesman. His other hobbies included playing baseball, watching sports, and watching/betting on horse racing. He spent these years making a lot of memories with his friends and family.
Keith met his wife Carol in Omaha, NE, and they spent over 40 years together. They shared a love for animals, good food, traveling, and spending time at the horse races. They moved to Phoenix, Arizona together in 1987. This is where they also raised their beloved niece, Aubri. Keith spent the rest of his years living in Phoenix and enjoyed time traveling and exploring new places with his family.
Keith is survived by his niece, Aubriana Garvy; brothers, JD Williams and Evan Williams; sisters in law, Joan Williams, Debbie Nagel, and Nancy Randle; brother-in-law, Richard Garvy; nieces and nephews, Jenny Williams, Angie Evans, Rick Williams, Jennifer McConnell, Jackie Nagel, John Nagel, DJ Doty, Jason Doty, Ashley Garvy, Lindsay Garvy, and Christopher Garvy. Keith is preceded in death by his wife, Carol Williams; mother, Vera Williams; and father, Joseph Williams.
Keith will be remembered as a very loving, caring, strong, and easy-going guy. Everyone who got the privilege of knowing him easily loved him. He will be deeply missed.
