Yvonne C. Lynch

83, of Phoenix AZ, passed away on August 15th, 2014.  She was born December 29th, 1930 to Byron and Myrtle Delange in St. Paul, Minnesota.  She was the oldest of seven children and loved her family dearly.  In 1952 she married the love of her life Edward Lynch, and in 1956 they had their only child Joy.  In 1961 the family moved to Phoenix, AZ.  Yvonne worked for Sunbeam Bakery, and retired in 1993.  She was an amazing cook and baker, she loved spending her time with her family and gardening in the Arizona sun.  She loved baseball and went to countless Diamondbacks games.  She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Edward, sister Colette, and brothers Ray and David.  She had an amazing zest for life and was always the happiest person in the room.  She is survived by her brother Wayne; sisters Grace and Susan; daughter Joy and son-in-law Dave; grandchildren Michael, Sarah, and Aimee; and her great grandchildren Raegan, Carson, Cash, and Sofia.  She is greatly loved and will be deeply missed.  Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00pm with a Rosary at 7:00pm, Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix.  Funeral Mass will be at 11:00am, Wednesday, August 27, at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 2312 E. Campbell Avenue.  Interment will follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery.
