Mark and Charlotte Trewhella

Mark and Char died on May 19, 2025. They shared, and true to their characters, fulfilled many dreams together. They raised two daughters with love and intention. They created a home, not only for themselves and their daughters but for extended family, friends, and celebrations. Dr. Trewhella built a successful dental practice in suburban Minneapolis, a career and business of which he felt much pride. Char led volunteer efforts for the Minneapolis Children’s Hospital for many years, generating significant donations before joining Mark in another great partnership as his dental practice manager. After retirement, they moved to Scottsdale, Arizona, where they reveled the desert warmth, continued to spend more time with their daughters and family, made more invaluable friendships in their community, enjoyed golf, patio sunsets, and friendly faces at their Friday night date spots. One of their ongoing passions and sources of joy was nature and National Parks, which filled both their travels and daily lives. Char’s wide-open heart and big smile and Mark’s focus, love of joke telling, and connecting were what characterized them each, and together were, in part, what fertilized their many dreams’ fulfillment. Their immense love and commitment to each other was a fulfilled final dream. To say they will be missed is inadequate, so please cherish memories and your blessed dreams.
