In Loving Memory of Nelly Martinez

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nelly Martinez, a beloved daughter, loyal friend, and gentle soul who left this world far too soon.

Nelly’s radiant smile could light up any room, and her warmth, humor, and kindness touched everyone lucky enough to know her. She had an extraordinary gift for making people feel loved and seen, and she brought joy and laughter wherever she went.

Nelly was deeply passionate about all things Disney, and her love for fantasy, storytelling, and imagination reflected the wonder she carried in her own heart. She found joy in life’s little details and shared that joy freely with others.

She is survived by her loving mother, Adriana; her devoted father, Juan; her stepbrother, Jose Adrian; her cherished cat-babies who brought her comfort and happiness; and her entire family, who will miss her dearly. She also leaves behind countless friends who loved her with all their hearts and will carry her spirit with them always.

A viewing will be held on Sunday, August 3rd from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85018.

A funeral Mass to celebrate Nelly’s life will take place on Monday, August 4th at 10:00 AM at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 1954 N 24th St, Phoenix, AZ 85008. All who knew and loved Nelly are welcome to attend and honor her memory.

Con profundo dolor en nuestros corazones, anunciamos el fallecimiento de Nelly Martinez, una hija amada, amiga leal y alma gentil que partió de este mundo demasiado pronto.

La sonrisa radiante de Nelly iluminaba cualquier lugar, y su calidez, sentido del humor y bondad tocaron a todos los que tuvieron la suerte de conocerla. Tenía un don extraordinario para hacer que las personas se sintieran queridas y vistas, y llevaba alegría y risas a dondequiera que iba.

Nelly sentía una profunda pasión por todo lo relacionado con Disney, y su amor por la fantasía, la narración de historias y la imaginación reflejaban la maravilla que llevaba en su corazón. Encontraba alegría en los pequeños detalles de la vida y la compartía generosamente con los demás.

Le sobreviven su amorosa madre, Adriana; su devoto padre, Juan; su hermanastro, Jose Adrian; sus adorados gatitos que le brindaron consuelo y felicidad; y toda su familia, que la extrañará profundamente. También deja atrás a innumerables amigos que la amaron con todo el corazón y que llevarán su espíritu consigo para siempre.

Habrá una velación el domingo 3 de agosto de 4:00 PM a 7:00 PM en Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85018.

La misa fúnebre para celebrar la vida de Nelly se llevará a cabo el lunes 4 de agosto a las 10:00 AM en la Iglesia Católica St. Agnes, 1954 N 24th St, Phoenix, AZ 85008. Todos los que conocieron y amaron a Nelly están invitados a asistir y rendirle homenaje.
