Patrick Simms Harper

Patrick was born in Oklahoma City March 27, 1957 and passed on January 13. 2023.

He graduated at the top of the class at the University of Southern California in dentistry.

He lectured at AHEC and taught other medical professionals how to deal with the medical challenges the early days of HIV.

After his first retirement, he worked for Southwest Airlines for almost 20 years.

He loved to travel and met his husband of 23 years in Acapulco.

He is survived by his sister, Anne his cousin Lisa, his sister-in-law, Jane Austin, PhD, his Westy, Nugget and his husband, Mark Austin, PhD.
