Robert Jeffery Hall, "Jeff" was born on 1 January 1958 in Cincinnati. He was the second son of Bobby and Blanche Brinkley and the late Daniella Fulcher-Smith. Although not an avid church goer, he was raised in the Catholic church. After high school, Jeff enlisted in the United States Navy and served from 2 March 1976 until his retirement on 30 March 1996 as a Torpedoman 1st Class. Upon retirement, he returned to Cincinnati to enter the civilian workforce. In December 2001, he relocated to Phoenix, Arizona where he worked in the Transportation industry until his permanent disability status. Throughout his life, Jeff proved to be a hard worker and a thoughtful person who was always willing to help anyone in need. He lived life to the fullest travelling whenever he had the chance. Jeff was a serious war buff and a true music aficionado. He could tell you anything about his favorite group, The Whispers. Stricken with a vascular condition in 2019, he had his right leg amputated above the knee. He suffered 2 strokes in June 2024 and remained hospitalized until his passing in 2025. His brother Jerald preceded him in death. His brother Bryce died 2 days after him.
He leaves to mourn his passing while cherishing his memory: his two sons Robert Jr. and Nikolani; 5 grandchildren Ahniya, Nikolani Jr., Jolie, Demi and Milani; 4 brothers Jason (Marie) of Surprise; James (Angie) of Clinton, MD, Fauntroy (Denise) of Washington, DC and Robert (Treva) of Cincinnati; 5 sisters Karen of Phoenix; Ann of Cincinnati, Sharon (Greg) of Cincinnati, Michelle of Dale City, VA and Tysi of Washington, DC; and a host of aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews and a special friend, Drew Pieri and his family.
