Frances R. Santacruz

84, of Phoenix passed away peacefully on June 29, 2016. Frances was a member of one of the first families of Phoenix, daughter of Mamie and Pete Romo. She was a St. Mary’s PTA member and later a Relocation Specialist for the City of Phoenix. Frances enjoyed traveling extensively. She is survived by her three children. A Visitation will be held from 5:00- 8:00 P.M., Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at St. Mary’s Basilica, 231 N. 3
