94, of Phoenix, born October 1, 1920 in Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away December 18, 2014. She lived a very long fulfilling and prosperous life and was immensely adored by many. She was a living example of a beautiful, hardworking and loving soul and she will be missed tremendously but never forgotten.
