Beloved Silvana Gollo passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and friends at her Anthem home, on Friday, June 26, 2026.
Silvana was born April 5, 1941 in Trisobbio, a quaint small town in northern Italy. She was the second child to Renato and Maria Gollo. She is predeceased by her beloved brother Enrico Gollo. She was a successful skincare salon owner and certified aesthetician for 50 years in New York. She entered her well-deserved retirement in Anthem, Arizona in 2009.
She is survived by her sister Luce Colosi, her daughter, Mariangela Chiaravalloti, son-in-law Robert Chiaravalloti, son, Steven Perelli, and grandchildren, Robert and Matthew Chiaravalloti and Samantha Perelli and niece, Martha Galasinao, and nephew Renato Colosi.
Silvana was most passionate about her family, principally her children and grandchildren. Not a day went by without her sharing every trial, success and accomplishment of her family. To say she will be missed is an understatement.
Silvana found immense joy in cooking, shopping, (QVC and HSN!) gardening, and planting endless pots of flowers. Her house was often filled to the brim with beautiful flowers that made it look like a perpetual garden.
She possessed a magnificent way of making special friends feel like family, whether it was through her gift of listening, sharing her wonderful cooking and in her joy of gifting. She was often done with Christmas shopping by June, and had each gift specifically designated for its intended recipient, excitedly anticipating the pleasure it would bring.
Silvana is unique, elegant, smart, generous, kind and beautiful. She is permanently engraved on our hearts and the world is that much less beautiful without her.
A funeral mass will be held on June 29, 2026, 10:00 a.m. at St. Rose Philippine Duchesne Church, 2825 W. Rose Canyon Circle, Anthem, AZ. A committal blessing (immediate family only) will follow at Holy Redeemer Catholic Cemetery 23015 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix, AZ. Thereafter, a repast will be held at Robert and Mariangela Chiaravalloti’s home, 1222 West Hazelhurst Ct. Anthem Arizona, all are welcome.
The family has requested no flowers and no planted trees. Thank you.
