Terrie Lynn Perkins passed away on January 19, 2025, at her home in Phoenix, Arizona. She was born in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, the daughter of Doris Cowell and Donald Perkins. She came to Phoenix at a young age.
Terrie graduated from Arizona State University on May 10, 1991, with her Juris Doctor degree. She worked for and retired from Maricopa County in the Juvenile Division of both the County Attorney's Office and the Public Defender's office, where she served for many years.
Terrie is predeceased by her parents, as well as her sisters, Janice (Janet) Perkins and Bette Perkins. She is survived by her niece, Jessica O'Donal and her children. Terrie generously donated to both her church and the underpriviledged, especially for children.
Services are planned for Sunday, March 23, 2025, at 2:00 PM at The Bridge Methodist Church, 4900 E Thomas Rd., Phoenix, Arizona. Interment at St. Francis Cemetery.
