Tess was born to her loving parents, Luc Collins and Coree Peterson, on December 22, 2005. She was cherished as the precious daughter of Luc and Coree, and she brought immense joy to their lives. Tess was also a beloved stepdaughter to Dan Peterson and Autumn Toner-Collins, who embraced her as their own with open hearts.
In her short life, Tess touched the hearts of many. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, laughter, and warmth that will be remembered by all who knew her, both at her high school BASIS and as a current freshman at GCU. Tess was known for her gentle spirit, her radiant smile, and her unwavering love for her family and friends. She always went out of her way to help others and will be sorely missed by all her friends.
Tess was the cherished sister of Kate Collins and Lauren Collins, with whom she shared countless cherished memories. Tess’s step brothers are Brett and Doug Peterson who love her dearly. Their bond was unbreakable, and Tess's absence leaves a void that can never be filled.
She will be deeply missed by her grandparents, Donald & Louise Collins, and Kathy Toner, Glen & Linda Toner, who adored her dearly and found immense joy in her presence.
Tess is also survived by her uncles and aunts: Louis & Isabelle Collins, Katherine Foust, Laura & Aslan Gost, Alan (AJ) Foust, Carol Slusser, David & Michelle Peterson.
Tess's passing leaves a profound sadness in the hearts of all who knew her. Yet, her memory will live on forever in the hearts of those who loved her. Though she may be gone from our sight, her spirit will continue to shine brightly, guiding us with love and warmth.
A Visitation will be held from 2:00 – 5:00 P.M. with a Funeral Service to celebrate Tess's life at 3:00 P.M. on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at the Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 East Indian School Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85018. P: (602) 840-5600
