Surrounded by those who loved her Mary was called home on March 21, 2016. She was born January 19, 1936 in Phoenix, AZ. She is survived by her husband, Tom, to whom she was married to for 60 wonderful years. She also is survived by four children, Suzanne (David), Tommy (Eugenia), Ron (Jill), Art (Gina), 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She will be remembered for her love of family, friends, life, and most of all, her faith in God. We were truly blessed to have her in our lives for so many years and she will be dearly missed! Friends may call at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix, from 5:00 – 8:00 PM, with a Vigil Service at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, March 29, 2016. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at St. Theresa Catholic Church, 5045 E. Thomas Road, Phoenix. Interment will follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery.
