Oscar C. Ortega, 58, peacefully passed away on February 3, 2021. He was born September 16, 1962 to Erlinda L. and Oscar Flores Ortega in Phoenix, Arizona. He graduated in 1984 from Desert Valley High School, Phoenix, AZ.
He is survived by sister; Lydia C. Rodriguez, brother; Victor C. Ortega, niece; Sophia Ortega, nephews; Victor J. Ortega, Joseph Thornton, grand-nephews; Jeremiah Thornton, John Thornton, and Althea Thornton.
He loved life fully. His love for music and dance were infectious. Oscar will always live in our hearts.
A visitation will be held on Friday, February 12, 2021 beginning at 10:00 A.M. with scripture service to be held at 11:00 A.M. at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix. Burial to follow at St. Francis Cemetery.
