PEDRAZA, NANCY
Born May 2nd, 1932. Entered into rest January 15th, 2011. Beloved wife and mother. She is preceded in death by her mother Josie Albillar, brother Manuel Robles, 2 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Nancy is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Edward C. Pedraza, children Cynthia Piercy (Scott) Michael Pedraza(Cecilia) Russell Pedraza(Louisa) Paula Pedraza and Roberta Valley. Nancy was blessed to have 17 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Nancy was a dedicated member at St. Gregory’s Parish. Nancy was a former parishioner of St. Matthews Parish and worked the Fiesta for Many years. Nancy was a dedicated fan of St. Mary’s Knights Football and The Dallas Cowboys. Nancy will be dearly missed and kept in our hearts forever. Visitation will be from 5-8pm, with a Rosary at 7pm, Friday, January 21 at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road. Funeral Mass will be at 1:00pm, Saturday, January 22, at St. Gregory Catholic Church, 3424 N. 18th Avenue, Phoenix. Interment will follow at St. Francis Cemetery.
I will always remember Nancy’s love of life. I worked with her at the Arizona State Fairgrounds for many years and kept in contact with her long after. I loved talking with her and sharing the latest “gossip”.
My sympathies to all the family. May you eventually find peace in you heart and with your memories.
