I have had lots of unusual trouble with the death of my nephew, and they have accommodated every problem I have had with grace and accommodation. This applies especially to Barb McGrath, but also to all I have spoken with when she was not available.
I am very grateful and though this is still not over, I am willing to give them the highest scores you have in these areas. My situation could have been unmanageable without Barb’s cooperation, for which I am indebted.
