Andrew Martin Reichenberger passed away June 23, 2018 at the age of 56. “Andy” was born in Phoenix, Arizona and attended Saint Agnes Elementary School and Camelback High School. He earned his Associate of Arts in Technology from DeVry University. Andy worked for Honeywell as a technician for nearly 20 years working on flight simulators. He was a member of the Arizona Soaring Association. Flying was one of Andy’s greatest passions. He even took his beloved dog “Parker” up with him in his airplane. Andy will be remembered for his amazing smile, warm heart, helpful spirit and his love of life! He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Andy is survived by his sons Eric and Aaron Reichenberger, sister Marcella Myers (Rance), and niece Mikayla Myers.

Andy,
A great cousin and man with big warm heart.
We had great times playing as kids, and fun at fly-ins. I loved trading soaring stories and regrets you didn’t have a chance to teach me taildragers and glider tows…
Andy the words in “Gone West” are fitting.
Blue Skies and Fair Winds.
I’ll miss you!

As someone who is afraid to fly – I will always remember Andy explaining to me the theory of flight while we were 35,000 feet in the air. May he rest in peace. REST IN PEACE ANDY!

My heartfelt condolences go out to you all. Andy was a part of the Rossman family for most of his life. I reminisce about the countless times he was over at our house, and my memories of him are pure joy, laughter, and passion. Wendy, Michael, Connie and I are blessed to have had Andy in our lives. And he is hanging out with our parents in Heaven right now. Thank you, Almighty God, for sharing your Andy with us. He gave us Joy.

Just finding out- breaks my heart! I had just picked up a business card for his Japanese restaurant thinking, I should give Andy a call and say Hi. He gave me the card a couple years ago, telling me to come check it out. Andy would visit my work across from the airport off Lake Pleasant Prkwy, Wild Horse West. He always had a nice tan and genuine smile. I loved to serve him at the bar. After a flight he would stop by for some food and drink always accompanied with friends, having a good ol time. He was the one I’d enjoy talking to because he was so polite& respectful. Gary was not. I resigned from the Wildhorse that May 20 and did not get to say goodbye to all the great regular customers like Andy. 1Thank you Andy for not being like the others! Keep smiling up there good man!! You are missed! RIPxoxo
