Jose Fernando Reyes, age 48, passed away on Friday, January 29, 2021 at Valley Wise Hospital. Fernando was born August 8, 1972, in Phoenix.
He is preceded in death by his mother Concepcion Leon Reyes and his sister Martha Lucia Reyes.
He is survived by his father Jimmy Urias Reyes (97), his brothers Carlos S. Reyes (wife Peggy Romero-Reyes) and Luis Reyes. Niece and nephews Hannah, Carlos Jr., Phillip, and Joshua Reyes.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30, on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at St. Francis Cemetery, located at 2033 N 48th St. Phoenix, Arizona. Fernando was happiest when he was with his family, when he went to South Mountain with his brother Carlos, and when he went to family parties because he loved having desserts, especially cake. Fernando enjoyed life.
