Barb was great. I forget the name of the younger gentleman I spoke with originally on the phone (I am from Seattle). Both were great.
Professional but felt caring and compassionate. Their tone and words were really spot on. They were also able to cremate my mother in time for us to take her back to Seattle with us less than a week later which was very appreciated. Everything was very good.
