Robertson, Glenn Raymond
Beloved son, brother, father and grandfather, died October 3, 2009 of a heart attack in his home in Avondale, AZ. Born June 25, 1946, in Texarkana, Texas. Graduated from Champaign High School in Champaign, IL in 1964. He served in the U.S. Army from 1966 to 1971, served in Vietnam and was awarded a Purple Heart and other multiple medals. He retired from the United States Postal Service after 35 years of service. Survived by his mother Amy Louise Robertson, two sisters, Roxy Drews and Linda Jo Robertson (Schweiter), four children, Brandey L. Feil, Jesse Ray Robertson, Samantha L. Robertson and Danielle De’ Robertson and eleven grandchildren. He enjoyed his children and grandchildren. A Graveside Service will be held at 12:30 pm, Friday, October 16, 2009 at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23039 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix. Arrangements entrusted to Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home.
