83, of Phoenix, AZ passed away January 5, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 12, 1930 in Santa Maria, California. She was a member of the Legion of Mary, for many years at Ss. Simon and Jude Cathedral. Our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother will be our eternal guardian angel forever. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesus and Maria Nunez, husband, Robert and son, Donny. Armida is survived by her loving children, Robert, Jr. (Joyce), Danny (Isabel), Joanne (Gene), Roxanne (Bobby), and grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 9:00-10:00am, Rosary at 10:00am and a Funeral Mass at 10:30am, Monday, January 13, 2014 at Ss. Simon and Jude Cathedral, 6351 North 27th Avenue, Phoenix. Interment will follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery.
