Dear Soto Family: Our hearts were heavy when we heard of Monica’s illness, but we continued to pray for a miracle for Monica as you prayed for our family in our time of need. At this time we can only share our thoughts of Monica and let you know that she was always a happy soul with a beautiful smile and kind heart. It was our pleasure sharing our youthful days with Monica and we will always remember her. We love you all…David and Michelle
