Our heartfelt condolences go out to the Ruiz family. It was a joy to spend time with Frank throughout H.S, on the same Basketball teams, working at AZ Bank (B of A) together and the times we spent thereafter. Frank’s love of family, friends and life was always so evident! His infectious laugh would bring smiles and laughter to all who were present. I cherish all the experiences we shared together with special memories of Frank, Tommy and of course, Mrs. Ruiz. Your family is very special to all of us. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
