Condolences for the family of “RUNNING, ARNE”

Condolence from Steve Levitt on February 18th, 2014 1:06 pm

Arne was one of my dearest friends, and I consider him a brother as well. He was an intelligent sensitive human being who was spot on with his intuitive mind. He was highly creative and always was driven to understand more in this life.I will always remember all the fun we had growing up, and never forget his sense for adventure. His contagious smile and laughter will be sorely missed!

Arne has been my buddy-brother since were kids – it was a blended familyand there was always fun to be had when I came to visit from California! I so wish I could be there for your service — am sending kisses with this note. Sending my love to you – sister Susan

Condolence from Valerie Running on February 19th, 2014 8:11 am

Dear Margaret,
I am so sorry to hear that Arne passed away. He was a wonderful son and companion to you. I hope you can take solace in the many happy memories you have of him and in the fact that he is no longer in pain. You and he are both in my prayers.

Condolence from Patrick Gaffney on March 2nd, 2014 2:38 pm

Heartfelt condolences to you, Mrs. Running, and the rest of the family. Although I had only occasional contact with Arne after leaving Phoenix many years ago, I remember him fondly from our grade school and high school days together. Lots of good memories of those days, in Phoenix (and a well-remembered trip to Mexico – I think it was Steve’s beach car that met its fate in Rocky Point). I wish I had done a better job of staying in touch with Arne in the last few years – he came to my father’s funeral ten years ago, and I’m sorry I could not attend his.
Sincerely, Patrick (Pud)
