Barb was my funeral Director. She knew I was feeling confused, sad, unsure of how to handle everything. She gently walked me through the steps and showed so much compassion. When I went back to the funeral home to pick up, my mom‘s remains, the young man who helped me had such a great demeanor. Very compassionate and friendly. I appreciated the way they handled my moms, final wishes, and me.

Barb was wonderful. For the reasons I mentioned before. Also, I called to see when the death certificates would be in and apparently I was expecting them sooner than they normally come in. I told the young lady I spoke with that I was headed to New Mexico to take care of my mom‘s estate and she was able to get the death certificates for me the next day. I felt like they really went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed.
