SANO,

43, of Laveen, Arizona passed away and joined the Lord on March 5, 2011. Pete was born in Phoenix, AZ to Pete and Priscilla Sano. Preceded in death by his father Pete R. Sano Jr. Survivors include his mother Priscilla Sano, his Son Ryan Bellotti, Sister Anna Marie (Ruben) Ramirez, Brother Ernie (Yvonne) Sano his niece Dominique and Nephew Ernie (Go-Go) Sano. Pete was a graduate of St. Mary’s High School where he played 4 years of football and played the trumpet in band. Pete went on to attend Phoenix College and worked with his Dad for Germain’s Company as a Sales Representative traveling throughout AZ, CA, TX, NM. Pete changed careers and went on to work for J.P. Morgan Chase Bank for 23 years where he worked his way up as Business and Technology Officer. Visitation from 6-8pm, with a Rosary at 7pm, Friday, March 11th at St. Mary’s Basilica. Funeral Mass will be at 10am, Saturday, March 12, at St. Mary’s Basilica, 231 N. 3rd Street, Phoenix. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, We Love you Scooby, we will never forget you! Love always Ma, Big E, and Anna

I worked with Pete several years ago with Bank One. It was certainly my pleasure to have known Pete and I’m saddened with the news of his passing. He was a very kind man, always helping make our work lives easier. On a personal note, he was funny, sweet, and enjoyable to talk and laugh with. Pete will be missed. God Bless.

Pete and I have been friends for 22 yrs. We grew from our early 20’s to adults and share many good times. I remember when we dressed up as Fred and Wilma for Halloween (he really looked good in that orange and black dress.) I truly will miss him. I’m so sorry for your loss.

Pete was a remarkable guy. Great sense of humor. Heart as big as all outdoors. Pete’s spirit and ability to overcome anything put in his path was something to be admired and learned from. I’m going to miss him very much and I know I’ll never meet anyone quite like him. Rest well Pete.

I met Pete while working for Bank One/Chase about 13 years ago. Pete was the one guy that looked for me every Monday to discuss football from the previous Sunday. He is a great person and I was very proud to call Pete my co-worker and a great friend. He will always be remembered and missed.
