With heavy hearts, we announce Debra Jean Santiago of Phoenix, AZ born November 3, 1956 entered Heaven on May 7, 2021. She is survived by her husband of 41 years Vicente “Freddy” Santiago. Three daughters Monique Guerrero (Rafael), Vanessa Santiago, Asuzena “Shana” Villarreal (Lucas) and her 6 grandchildren: Aneas, Rafael, Danny, Anna, Emma and Gracie.
Known to everyone as Debbie, she had a kind heart and loving personality. Her eagerness to include everyone will be deeply missed. Those who have paid condolences remember Debbie as a person who treated others with dignity, respect and was always welcoming.
She was a loving and devoted wife and mother. She loved her grandchildren beyond measure. Described by her grandkids, as “the very best Nana there will ever be”. Debbie’s life was full of amazing moments. Although she was called home, way too soon, her battle with health never stood in her way of living life. She loved attending her grandson’s baseball games, her granddaughter’s soccer games and dance recitals. At a moment’s notice, she would be at gatherings for family and friends. Debbie fought to the end; her strength was incomparable.
To say that she will be missed is an understatement, and there are no words that can be shared to truly express what she meant to us all. May she rest peacefully, guide her family through life and serve as a reminder to all of what it means to be a beautiful soul. Celebration of life services for Debbie are as follows:

Familia Santiago – we are so sorry to hear of your great loss, Debbie. How old inside imaging family it’s all grieving and paying the respects to you. Debbie worked for me for many years at inside imaging Camelback location on 15th Ave. She was the most amazing front office receptionist coordinator with the most amazing heart, and was always putting everyone first. Patients always remembered her and addressed her by her name. We will always remember her and she will never be forgotten. RIP ❤️. Your Insight Imaging family
