Matthew T. Schnell, 31, passed away on March 20, 2023 at 10:31 AM. He was born in Scottsdale, AZ on October 17, 1991 at 6:36 AM.
Matthew was preceded in death by his grandmother, Belen G. Lopez, his grandfather Jesus Sierra, and his uncle James P. Lopez.
He is survived by his son, Aydin J. Schnell, his parents Rick & Belinda Sierra, his brother Ricky Sierra, Jr. (Morgan), his sisters Jayme B. DeFrancesco (Robbie), Karen J. Lirola (Romnie) and Arye T. Lopez-Schnell, 3 nephews and 2 nieces.
Matthew attended Saguaro High School, he went on to work at Fairmount Princess and most recently LogistiCare, Phoenix, AZ.
A Celebration of Matthew’s Life will be held on Friday, April 21, 2023, at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 East Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85018 at 2:00 PM. Following the service, a gathering will be held at Eddie M. Lopez at 3239 E. Pierce St, Phoenix, AZ, 85008.
