Kimberley Scoggins

Kimberley D. Scoggins passed away unexpectedly November 20th, 2018. She was born in San Bernardino, California on April 18th, 1973, the daughter of Joseph Harold Tucker and Ardys Janette (Mesquit) Tucker.
Kim graduated from Oakland High School, Oakland, Oregon in 1991 and studied at the Oregon Institute of Technology, Klamath Falls, Oregon before starting a family and taking on the role of ‘mommy’. As a devoted mother who wanted to be involved in her children’s lives, Kim volunteered for many activities including teacher’s assistant, chaperoning numerous field trips and coaching her daughter’s soccer team. In her 40s she started to spread her love to others throughout the greater Seattle and Phoenix areas, allowing the people around her to get a glimpse of her goodness, her loving nature, and her non-judgmental way of life. She was known by her friends and family as the one to count on to give your kids the love they deserve, the one to call on when you needed to vent and the one to offer her heart to every single person she met. Her bright light still shines in the hearts of her loved ones and she will be dearly missed.
Survivors include children, Michael and Alyssa, granddaughter Meadow Noelle, brothers J.T., Mike, and Scott, sister Christina, loving partner Matt Shaheen, many nieces and nephews, and numerous friends from Seattle to Scottsdale and everywhere in between and beyond.
All are welcome to join Kim’s Celebration of Life at 12:00 P.M. on Sunday, December 2nd, 2018 at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Rd, Phoenix.

Condolence from Mercy Tucker on November 30th, 2018 12:49 am

I knew Kim for over 20 years and every single thing written about her in this obituary is spot on. Kim was so kind and loving to everyone but especially all our babies. Not only did she love bein a mom but an auntie to. And let me just say Megan and Seth are devastated. They both love her so much. Michael and Alyssa thanks for staying in my life after Mike and I split. Michael you will never know how deeply that effected me when you told me I am still your aunt. Alyssa your baby is beautiful and I could tell right away your mom was going to love being a grandma more then anything. I’m so very sorry you guys. Matt I didn’t know but the kids said you are a great guy. My condolences to all of you.
Love Aunt Mercy
