61, fun loving father, brother, uncle, grandfather and friend passed away December 24, 2011. He was born May 8, 1950 in Petatlan, Mexico. Carlos proudly served his country in the Vietnam War from 1970-1972, Carlos could warm a room that he entered and make people laugh with his funny jokes and singing and could relate to people at all levels and will be forever loved and missed by his family, friends and acquaintances. Carlos is survived by his children, Julio, Maylu, and Gabino, sister Rosario and 12 grandchildren and counting. Visitation will be from 6-8pm, Thursday, January 5, at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix. Funeral Service will be held at 10am, Friday, January 6, at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home with Interment to follow at 12:30pm at the National Memorial Cemetery of AZ, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix.
