Melissa was a beautiful girl and we very much enjoyed meeting her and getting to know her years ago before her wedding to Chris.
Our deepest condolences to both families, Chris and Collin.
May her memory be eternal.

To the Family of Melissa, I hired her at Wells Fargo and we became friends immediately. I’m so very sorry to hear of her passing. My heart is broken and I am sending lots of thoughts and prayers to all of you.

Hello. I am her son, Collin Sherf. I can’t believe it has been more than six years since she passed. Insane. Miss her very much.
I know nobody really checks this site anymore, but I really just wanted to share this.
Hi Colin. My name is Jenna. I was very close with Erin (especially through our highschool years) and because of our friendship, I was over at Bob and Vickie’s often. I had many fun memories with your mother, Melissa. One that resonates with me, is the time she wanted to go be an ‘extra’ in a movie that was being filmed in Phoenix. Erin was not quite 18 yet, but I was so Melissa invited (well, dragged lol) me to go with her! She had a big personality, a big heart, and just like Erin and her Dad, a love for music. To be honest, I don’t know exactly how I stumbled upon this, but maybe it was to think of and tell people from my past that I love and miss them dearly and to tell you, Colin, that although I didn’t know your mom in her adult years, I am so proud to see how much she accomplished and that she had a little family of her own, with a sweet baby son as the center ❤️ Keep your head up and shine with all your might!!
Sending my love to your family ❤️❤️❤️
