Hi. Love you Pa.
paul KACZUR
It was an honor for me to know John through the US too support group in Scottsdale.
He was a kind and modest man who helped many men with his vast knowledge of treatment options.
I will always remember him and I will miss him as well.

I got to know John thru many conversations in our driveways, what an incredible man, someone I looked up to and respected so much. I’ve heard many stories about his family, I feel like I know them all. We especially bonded over our love for running. One of the first things he did was loan me his autographed book by Meb Keflezighi, “Run to Overcome” (such a kind thing to do) , and I quickly learned of his love for running, Meb, and Skechers. I wish we were neighbors sooner but I’m so thankful for the time I got to spend with him, I will always remember him and his license plate, “Run a PR”, such a great way to approach and live life. God bless everyone in his wonderful family.

I have had the honor and privilege to have worked with John through Us TOO for the past several years. He was such a sweet, kind, caring and compassionate man. He will be greatly missed. I hope it gives you some comfort to know that you will have an amazing angel warrior on your shoulder watching over all of you. May god wrap his arms around all of the family during this time of sorrow and always. Hugs to all, ~Terri Likowski – Us TOO Program Director

John was a Warrior in his fight with Prostate Cancer. Those of us in the PCa community owe a lot of gratitude to John and his commitment to support others fighting the disease. He will be greatly missed. I will be praying for your family as you grieve his loss.

John was a wonderful person. I met him through UsTOO prostate education and support and he unselfishly shared his knowledge with countless prostate cancer patients. He made a mark upon us all and will be missed. Rest peacefully in heaven John, for that is where you surely are now..
