Our family was very saddened when we were told of Bill’s passing. We always loved his warm smile and humor . We were so grateful for the care he showed Greg during his illness and the joy he brought to to his life during the countless lunches Bill and Russ spent with him. Our deepest sympathy to Linda, Russ and their families.

Bill was an extremely intelligent, warm, and broadly curious person. At the same time, his deep love for architecture and all its possibilities were central pillars of his identity. We had many stimulating conversations about a great variety of topics as a result. I value Bill’s friendship deeply and will miss him a great deal.
Nancy and I offer Linda and the extended Stamm family our heartfelt condolences.
