Berlynn Delenvine Stockton
Berlynn’s infectious smile, limitless energy, and fun attitude defined her. She was daring and would always push boundaries. People gravitated to her and wanted as much of her as she could share. She was generous, compassionate, and loving, with family and friends being the foundation of her existence.
Berlynn is survived by her mother, Sherry Aneas Stockton, her father, Clay Stockton, and her siblings: Chelsi Seifken, Brooklyn Stockton, Josh Stockton, and Jacob Stockton. She was also a beloved aunt to Brilyn Decker, Kinley Seifken, and Kolby Seifken. Berlynn leaves behind loving and supportive grandparents Dee (grammy) Stockton, Dorothy and Ed Cesena, and Kenny Aneas, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and bajillions of cherished friends. Her loyal sweet rescue dog, Cooper, was also a significant part of her life.
From an early age of 2, Berlynn displayed her natural talent as a star athlete. She excelled in various sports, including t-ball, softball, cross country, basketball, swimming, dancing, and gymnastics. After graduating from Sunrise Mountain High School, Berlynn discovered her passion for body fitness competitions. She dedicated herself to training and dominated the stage in her shows, achieving first place in each of the first three classes on a national scale. Her determination and drive were unmatched, and she was just getting started in her promising career.
A ceremony to honor Berlynn’s life will be held at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, located at 4800 East Indian School Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85018. Visitation is Friday, October 20, 5 – 7 pm. The ceremony will be Saturday, October 21 at 11 am. The family is planning a nearby luncheon to immediately follow the ceremony.
The compassionate staff at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home will assist in ensuring a respectful service for Berlynn and her loved ones.
Berlynn D’EllenVine Stockton will forever be remembered for her vibrant spirit, her love for her family and friends, and her incredible athletic achievements. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
