His volunteerism extended to remote villages in Belize to build homes with the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth and Habitat for Humanity. He proudly served in the Air Force during the Korean Conflict and was a Legionnaire for almost 60 years.

Martin was preceded in death by his parents, Jesus and Maria Concepcion Ulloa, his dear sister, Enedina Ulloa Cerino, and his best friends and brothers, Robert Ulloa and Jesse Ulloa.

Dear Nadine and Family,

How lucky all of us were to have Martin grace our lives. In your grief please think of the family that you created and that remains behind in Martin’s honor and remember, “when you are sorrowful look again in your heart, and you shall see that in truth you are weeping for that which has been your delight. ~Kahlil Gibran

Thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
